2012-09-07: Day 3 - Kaunas
Up and out early doors... too early as it turns out as all the museums were still closed so I had coffee.
Went to the Devils museum then the artist one across the road that I've already forgotten the name of *googles* Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis
There's a huge market in the main street of the new town and a big stage has been erected upon which presentations are happening.. I've no idea what is going on but I've got beer and a bowl of chilli so it can't be all bad.
Went to the Zoological museum and spent the day wandering around Kaunas in the rain. In fact it got to the point that I decided to actually purchase a coat. I seem to have found a discount shop but even so the numbers on the labels don't make sense. Found a coat I liked and decided to hell with it I'd see what happened at the till.
The label was right, 28LIT (about £6). Happy happy days.
More wandering and had Zeppelinas for dinner and watched the football in a local bar.
