2013-07-03: Day 8 - Olhao
Catch-up time from the train to Olhao.
Monday was another beach day. Much laying around and reading... thought I'd looked after myself ok but the back of my knees disagree with that assessment. Nothing too horrific but long shorts for a couple of days.
We BBQ'd on the balcony Monday night, Daz making good use of his, now finished, "Grapes of Wrath" as much needed kindling. Took a bastard long time but got the thing going.
Tuesday we moved to Faro. A few kinks meeting Alvaro to get to the apartment, mainly due to not calling him early enough but that very much felt like the lesser of two evils once we had met him. Strolled down to the city walls in the evening and passed a very pleasant few hours on the cobbled streets there.
Darren's knackered his back somehow so is moving about quite gingerly and making friends at the pharmacy.
